unfortunately that is true
people always say 'those who talk will not do' but they forget to pay attention to the fact that they WANT to or need help
Why do people shut themselves out to cries of help of others?
Perhaps because they don't know so much how to help the situation in an effective way
(i.e. to know that if they will interfere they will not hurt more, and also be appreciated for helping another - unfortunately, depressed people are not so rewarding - like a child that smiles when you smile at it etc, a depressed person won't smile - cause they are depressed
that makes it more difficult to help people in depression as it drains out emotional energy that even a healthy (emotionally) person can become frustrated and depressed
so - a depressed person needs to be surrounded with strong people
until they can get stronger
it's a fairy tale - nobody has that kind of treatment to offer - in real life, and if they do - they do so to escape their own problems
what can i say, be strong, life has also beauty in them when you manage to see it and i wish for you to manage to see it
